Welcome to the EVERGROWING platform. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and EVERGROWING Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”).
These Terms apply to your access, registration or use of all services on our platform, including but not limited to: structured market analysis, AI signal assistance, transaction track tracking and other functions.
Please read these Terms carefully before using this platform. Once you visit or use EVERGROWING, it means that you have fully read and agree to be bound by all the contents of these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform services immediately. We have the right to revise these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will be published through platform announcements. Your continued use will be deemed to have accepted the revisions.

Page 2: Registration Conditions and Account Management
Before registering to use the EVERGROWING platform, you must confirm that you meet the following conditions:
At least 18 years old and have full civil capacity;
If registering on behalf of an institution, you should have legal authorization;
The information submitted must be true, accurate and complete, and you must not impersonate others.
After registration, you will get a platform account and login credentials (such as password, authentication method). Please keep them properly and do not transfer, rent or share them with others. Because all operations under your account are deemed to be performed by yourself or your authorized representative, you will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
If you find abnormal login, account theft or other security risks, you should notify us immediately and we will help freeze the account or reset the credentials.

EVERGROWING provides the following intelligent trading assistance services based on the market structure:
Real-time market five-level data analysis and map display;
AI-driven structural behavior identification and strategy prompts;
High-frequency signal warning, dynamic tracking of commission ratios, and visualization of order density;
Structural similarity matching and forward-looking analysis of violent fluctuations;
Customized strategy modules, behavior tracking and backtesting tools.
Our services aim to improve user judgment, do not have the function of executing transactions, and do not assume any form of guarantee responsibility for the final transaction results. Users should understand that all data, images and signals provided by the platform are for reference only.

Page 4: User Obligations and Prohibited Behaviors
You shall comply with the following obligations when using this platform:
You shall not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform system in any way;
You shall not crawl data, abuse interfaces, decompile or copy system structures;
You shall not spread false signals, misleading charts, or manipulate market sentiment;
You shall not connect platform functions to third-party systems without authorization;
You shall not impersonate others or disseminate information containing illegal or illegal content.
The platform reserves the right to immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of the above behaviors, and will report to the regulatory authorities if necessary and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

During the use of the platform, users may call data and functions within the authorized scope, including but not limited to:
Market data and structural indicators;
Behavior analysis graphs;
Signal trigger records and historical structures.
Without the written permission of the platform, no user may export data, share logins, call overclocking, or use platform content for profit purposes by technical means.
We will set usage frequency and call thresholds and record all access logs to prevent system abuse and illegal use. Once abnormal behavior is discovered, the platform has the right to take measures such as technical blocking, account deactivation, and loss recovery.

Page 6: Intellectual Property and Use License
All content on this platform, including but not limited to: interface design, algorithm model, structural analysis logic, database structure, graphic map, document, video, etc., are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret.
Unless EVERGROWING explicitly authorizes in writing, users shall not:
Copy, modify, disseminate, translate, sell, transfer, display or publicly release platform content;
Copy or imitate the functions, logic or transaction auxiliary models of this platform;
Use platform output content for third-party research, publications or training materials.
The platform can use the interactive behaviors, feedback, strategy records, preference settings and other content generated by you during use for internal purposes such as model optimization and function improvement under the premise of de-identification.

Page 7: Service Compliance and Regulatory Description
EVERGROWING operates in accordance with the law under the framework of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the platform service design is fully embedded with regulatory logic. We:
All structured outputs have trigger traceability and behavior audit paths;
All strategies and AI recommendations do not have automatic execution permissions, and users still retain the final judgment;
Retain account behavior records and cooperate with regulatory investigations;
Set access permissions and usage boundaries to prevent the spread of misleading signals.
The platform undergoes compliance review every quarter to ensure that the system design, data call, and signal generation process comply with laws and regulations.

Page 8: Risk Statement and Limitation of Liability
The market is highly volatile. The data, structural analysis, and signal output provided by this platform do not constitute investment advice, trading instructions, or profit commitments;
Users should make independent decisions based on their own experience, judgment, and risk tolerance;
The platform does not assume liability for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of this platform;
For service interruptions caused by network failures, data delays, third-party interruptions, force majeure, etc., we will do our best to restore services, but we will not assume legal liability for such interruptions or errors.

Page 9: Account suspension and termination mechanism
In the following cases, we have the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and their service rights:
Falsification of registration information, impersonation;
Repeated abuse of platform interfaces, destruction of system structure;
Suspected of illegal activities, or receiving regulatory instructions;
Long-term inactivity and information security risks;
Repeated violations of the behavioral norms listed in this clause.
Users can apply for account cancellation, and the platform will close the account and process the relevant data on the premise of verifying that there are no outstanding obligations.
If there is any objection to the account processing results, the user can submit a complaint through the platform’s designated channels.

Page 10: Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If a dispute arises from the use of this platform, the user and EVERGROWING should give priority to resolving it in good faith; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction in New York for arbitration.
The right to interpret these terms belongs to EVERGROWING. If some of the terms of this clause are deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of other terms. This clause will take effect from the date of publication, and users should continue to pay attention to the updated terms announced by the platform.
